Neither party's phone number, name, or location is ever shared.

Yes to both. The sender never sees the owner's phone number, name, or address. The owner never sees the sender's identity. All messages are routed through NudgeDriver's platform. Every message passes through automated moderation before delivery — threats, abuse, harassment, scams, and personal-data fishing are filtered out before they ever reach the owner.

No app is needed on either side. The sender scans the QR code with their phone camera, or visits nudgedriver.co.uk to enter a number plate, and fills in a web form. The owner receives the alert via WhatsApp or SMS — both of which work without any additional download.

NudgeDriver handles emergencies with priority routing.

Owners are in full control of what reaches them. Available controls include Do Not Disturb scheduling (e.g. no alerts overnight), priority filters that always let emergencies through while routing non-urgent messages to quiet hours, the ability to mute an individual conversation, block a sender from contacting the vehicle again, and pause all incoming messages. Emergency alerts always bypass Do Not Disturb.
