• Can I cancel anytime?expand_more

  There's nothing to cancel — NudgeDriver isn't a subscription. Each plan is a one-off purchase that runs for the period you paid for, then simply ends. You're always in control: no auto-billing, no surprise charges, no cancellation needed.

• What if I have more than one car?expand_more

  Each NudgeDriver plan covers one vehicle and includes two premium QR stickers for that vehicle. If you have a second car, you can buy a separate plan for it at the same standard pricing. Both vehicles sit under the same account and are managed effectively from a single dashboard.

• When will I receive my QR stickers?expand_more

  Stickers ship from the UK within 7–10 working days of placing your order. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

• What happens when my plans ends?expand_more

  You're always in control. Plans don't renew automatically and you'll never be charged without your say-so. When your plan period is up, your QR stickers and number plate lookup simply stop delivering alerts. Your alert history stays in your account, and whenever you're ready, you can renew the same vehicle yourself from your dashboard — no need to order new stickers.

• Is my phone number ever shared with the sender?expand_more

  Never. The person sending the alert never sees your phone number, name, or home address. Messages route through NudgeDriver, you receive them on WhatsApp or SMS, and you can reply anonymously through the same channel. Every message is moderated before it reaches you.

• Do you offer fleet pricing?expand_more
