No. The scanner simply points their phone camera at the QR sticker. It opens a mobile web page — no app download, no account creation, no signup required.
Never. The QR maps to an encrypted token, not to any personal data. The scanner's identity is never stored. Communication is fully anonymous both ways.
AI classifies the scan urgency in real time. Emergency scans are flagged and prioritised — the driver receives an urgent alert via WhatsApp or SMS as fast as possible.
Yes. Drivers can reply directly to the WhatsApp or SMS notification. Their reply is relayed anonymously back to the scanner, keeping both parties informed without sharing personal details.
